What is the refund policy for the event?
There will be no refunds for this event unless the event is canceled or postponed.
What happens if the event must be postponed?
If it is necessary to postpone the event for any reason, ticket purchasers will have the option to either move their tickets to the new date or request a refund.
What procedures do you have in place to minimize the spread of illness at Walt Disney World® Resort?

Will I be able to see all of the presenters at the DIS Family Reunion 2021?
The event will have three stages with overlapping schedules. The Main Stage will have enough seating for everyone, but the breakout stages have limited capacity.
Will I need to pay for parking at Disney's Contemporary Resort?
Parking is complimentary for convention attendees. Overnight parking is subject to standard charges.

Will there be an opportunity for photos/autographs with the presenters?
Yes. Timing and pricing will be made available as we get closer to the event date.
Is there an age limit for the event?
This event is for all ages. However, all attendees three years of age and older must pay the same standard ticket price for this event.
Will food and beverage be available for purchase?
Existing restaurants and grab and go locations will be available for attendees at Disney's Contemporary Resort.
Do I need to purchase a ticket to the convention in order to purchase a ticket for the After Hours Event in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge?
Yes; all event attendees must purchase admission to the convention at Disney's Contemporary Resort in order to be eligible to purchase a ticket to the After Hours Event in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge.
Do I need to purchase admission to Disney's Hollywood Studios® to be able to attend the event?
No. However, while Theme Park Admission and Theme Park Reservations are not required to attend the event, they would be needed should they plan to experience the event during normal operating hours.
Will transportation be provided to Disney's Hollywood Studios® for the event?
Yes; we will be offering complimentary round-trip motor coach transportation to Disney's Hollywood Studios®.
What if I want to leave early?
The round-trip motor coaches that are being provided for attendees will depart at the conclusion of the event. If you choose to leave the event early, you will need to be escorted to the front of the park to find personal transportation at your own cost.
If I choose to drive to Disney's Hollywood Studios®, will I need to pay for parking?
Which attractions will be available at the event?
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance and Millennium Falcon: Smuggler's Run will be available.
What else will be available at the After Hours Event in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge?
In addition to the two attractions, Oga's Cantina, Milk Stand and Savi's Workshop will be open to purchase additional items during the event.
Will food and beverage be provided?
Yes. A specific food and beverage menu is included with your ticket purchase, and additional items will be available for purchase at Oga's Cantina and Milk Stand.
Will I be able to access the rest of Disney's Hollywood Studios® while attending this event?
The event will be held exclusively at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge.
