Additional information - including a detailed schedule of events for the day - will be emailed to registered participants approximately one week prior to the event.

When will registration begin?
Registration is now open. Alumni wish families are invited to register to attend one (1) Summer Road Trip stop on a space available basis. If events fill up, families will be added to the waitlist and will be notified if space opens up.
What is the cost of the event?
Tickets to the event are complimentary for Give Kids The World alumni families. While admission is complimentary, families are encouraged to fundraise for the Village to win exciting GKTW incentives, which will be announced on May 3.
How many guests from each alumni wish family may attend?
Alumni wish families and family members who were part of the original wish trip at GKTW are eligible to attend this event.
Can alumni family members of any age attend?
This event is for alumni family members of all ages. Guests ages 3 and older will be counted as a ticketed guest.
Is the event wheelchair accessible, and will wheelchairs be available in the theme parks?
The alumni party will be wheelchair accessible. For specific information about accessibility and wheelchair rentals at the theme parks, please contact each individual park directly. For a list of alumni party dates and locations, click here.
Is admission to the theme park included with my event registration?
Yes, alumni party guests will be allowed to enjoy the park until it closes.
Is parking included at the theme parks?
Yes, parking at all of the theme parks will be complimentary for alumni party guests.
What time does the event begin and end?
Each alumni party will last approximately two hours, with the start time varying by location. Following the alumni event, guests may enjoy the parks until they close. To view a list of locations and start times, click here.
Will a meal be included, and if so, will food allergies be accommodated?
Each alumni party event will include one (1) meal – either breakfast or lunch, depending upon the location. Food allergies will be accommodated; please notify us in advance by informing us on your ticket request, or by emailing events@gktw.org so that we can accommodate your needs.
Are food and beverages, additional games, and any other theme park activities included after the alumni event?
Only the elements that are included in the Give Kids The World alumni party and any rides that are included in general theme park admission will be complimentary to alumni guests. Any food and beverages, games, and other activities inside the theme park will have an additional cost associated.
Will there be any volunteer opportunities?
Thank you for your interest in volunteering. We are currently determining whether there will be volunteer opportunities at the Road Trip events. Please stay tuned for future communications regarding volunteer opportunities should the need arise.
Can I bring my pet to the event?
Only registered service animals with the proper identification will be allowed.
Will there be any more dates added to the Summer Road Trip?
We are excited to launch the Summer Road Trip in 10 cities this summer and may expand to other locations in the future.
Are media allowed to attend and cover the events?
