When families take a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Give Kids The World Village and Central Florida’s theme parks, they want to capture every laugh, smile, and happy memory. That’s why the Village has lots of ways for families to take photos and videos they can cherish long after their trip is over.
Here are six ways wish families can hold onto every memory they make:
1.Volunteer Photographers
Parents can get out from behind the camera and jump in the pictures at Village parties and events. From sweet candid moments, to posed photos during character meet-and-greets, our dedicated volunteer photographers make sure families have lots of priceless pictures to take home.
2. Theme Park Photos
Our theme park partners make it easy for Give Kids The World families to capture the magic they experience while they’re at the parks.
– Walt Disney World – Families are given a Memory Maker card to present to Disney’s photographers every time they stop for a photo. They can view and download them for up to one month following their trip.
– Universal Orlando – The Photo Connect Package includes digital copies of all pictures taken.
– SeaWorld Orlando – Their photo voucher gives families a complimentary 6 x 8″ photo.
3. Memory Keeper’s Studio
Families can pop in to the Memory Keeper’s studio to record a special video as a reminder of all the magic, laughter and fun they experienced. They can talk about their favorite moments before they’ve even left and take home a special souvenir: a complimentary DVD.
4. Crops of Luv Scrapbook
Crops of Luv helps preserve families’ memories through a one-of-a-kind scrapbook. Made with love by the nonprofit’s scrapbooking volunteers, these keepsakes are a great way to display your cherished moments!
5. iPod Touch Rental
When families head to our Memory Market, they can do more than just shop for Village apparel and memorabilia. They can rent their own iPod to take pictures of all their adventures during the week!
6. Selfie Stations
Our picturesque Village has some iconic venues and backdrops. We’ve even added selfie stations to mark some of those picture-perfect spots – so families can take award-winning selfies.
