Diagnosed with Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome, eight-year-old bone marrow transplant recipient Danny traveled with his family from Middlesbrough, England, for a magical stay Give Kids The World Village.
“It is impossible to describe how amazing the whole experience was,” says his mom. “The Village was unbelievable from start to finish. You could spend your full week there without leaving. Danny absolutely loved it, and the staff and volunteers were exceptional.”
Danny and his family visited the theme parks, enjoyed the nightly entertainment at the Village, and relished every moment they spent together. To make Danny’s wish extra special, Give Kids The World surprised the young WWE fan with tickets and backstage passes to the WWE NXT show at Full Sail – where Danny was thrilled to meet the entire roster of NXT superstars including Shawn Michaels, Triple H, Tommaso Ciampa and more.
“This was a fitting end to what was the trip of a lifetime; it is one our family will never forget,” says his mom.
