Once again, you’re invited to Give Kids The World Village. You’re welcomed to step inside our gates and experience a week of fun – fit into one exciting morning. It’s our Challenge for Hope! On November 9, the event will return for its third year, and it’s getting an exciting makeover. We can’t wait to show you what’s in store. Check it out:
From a 5K to a Fun Run
Now a fun run, this year’s Challenge for Hope will feature all-new zones, activities, and an improved course. You’ll be able to run, walk, stroll, or roll through holidays, bubbles, and snow. You’ll take pictures with your favorite characters and collect fantastic items along the way.
“Year three is shaping up to be our best yet,” said Omar Elkalyoubie, development manager at Give Kids The World. “Challenge for Hope will be more immersive than ever before, with activities in each zone to give participants the true feeling of what it’s like at the Village.”
This year, you won’t just be running or walking through zones. Each zone will come to life with different ways you can enjoy them.
Join the Fun, Create the Fun
Each year, families, coworkers and friends gather together for this exciting morning. But they actually prepare for the event for months by fundraising! Each Challenger or Challenge for Hope team raises money for the children and families we serve.
They use their social media, they host events, send out personalized letters and more to raise money for Give Kids The World Village. It creates friendly competition within teams while creating a week full of magic for families who need it the most. For many, it becomes a yearly tradition that brings them closer together.
Fundraisers receive special prizes for each milestone they hit and our top fundraisers will receive coveted awards.
So, are you ready to join in the fun? Until June 6 – you have the chance to register for free. All you have to do is use the code CFH2019 and raise at least $50 for Give Kids The World. It’s as simple as asking five of your friends for $10! Then you’ll be on your way to helping critically ill children and their families – and heading to Give Kids The World for Challenge for Hope on November 9.
